Rudy was great! He was professional and timely, provided an estimate, and returned the next day with Trane-made parts. The parts were essential to him, saying trane-made parts tend to last longer. I’ve included for you within my provided estimate, and he let me know the items that are needed immediately & 2 that could wait until spring. I appreciated that, as it gave me time to prepare. I am confident in my system for winter and will call him back in the spring!
